His role involves assessing regrowth areas, mapping treatment plans, and providing tailored quotes to support long-term property improvements. One of the most rewarding parts of the job for Josh is returning to properties to inspect previous applications and plan future treatments, seeing firsthand the positive results achieved for customers and their land.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his horses and working in what he jokingly calls his “oversized backyard,” where he and his wife run a handful of steers. His strong connection to rural life gives him a practical understanding of the challenges faced by landholders across the region.

Lou works across New South Wales, supporting resellers and landholders with practical, long-term solutions for invasive weed control. Spending much of her time on the road, Lou works closely with customers on-farm to help identify the most effective weed management strategies using a range of application methods tailored to individual property needs.

A typical day can include visiting resellers, meeting with landholders, coordinating demo days with drone operators, or supporting local field days and land management groups.

Lou is passionate about raising awareness around effective weed control practices and enjoys helping customers make informed decisions that deliver lasting results for their properties. Her hands-on approach and strong industry relationships make her a valued support for landholders across the state.

Kym Kraatz

Technical Sales Specialist

Central Queensland & Wide Bay Region

Kym works closely with resellers and property owners across Central Queensland to support Regain and Flupropanate programs, including aerial application projects. Her role involves a combination of time on the road and on the phone, helping customers find practical and effective solutions for long-term land management and woody weed control.

As a property owner herself, Kym understands the day-to-day challenges faced by landholders and brings valuable hands-on experience as both an end user and former reseller with Elders. This practical knowledge gives her a strong understanding of customer needs, product application, and the broader supply chain.

Outside of work, Kym enjoys spending time with family and friends, running two beef cattle properties in Central Queensland, and training her working Border Collies.

Robert Eagles

Based in Townsville, Robert services North Queensland, the Northern Territory, and Western Australia, working closely with agents and graziers to support effective land management solutions. As a Technical Sales Specialist, his role involves regular contact with customers both over the phone and in-store, as well as mapping properties when required to help deliver tailored recommendations and practical outcomes.

With 30 years of sales experience and a strong background working with agents and graziers across regional Queensland, Robert brings extensive knowledge of rural operations and a practical understanding of the challenges faced by producers on the ground. He enjoys working alongside customers and the GP team, especially when he’s out west helping deliver results where they matter most.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time with his kids.
